Please take a few minutes to review our Terms & Shipping Information each time you use the Pamela Winterfield Gifts website and whenever you purchase products from us. Your use of our Web Site constitutes your agreement to follow and to be bound by these Terms and Shipping Information.  Pamela Winterfield Gifts reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Shipping Information at any time without prior notice.

Making A Purchase:  Browse our product pages, enter the desired quantity of a selected product and click on the basket icon.  You'll then have the option to "Keep Shopping", go to "My Basket" or go to "Checkout" where you will be asked a few more details.

Payment Method:  We only accept credit card payments using Visa, MasterCard and American Express.  We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship.  Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped.

Shipping And Handling:  All orders are shipped F.O.B Shelton CT., and become the property of the buyer upon delivery to the freight carrier.  We ship primarily by UPS and FedEx. We cannot ship to a Post Office Box, without the corresponding street address. We will ship by the best way possible based on the weight of your order, unless otherwise requested.  Shipping Charges are Listed Below:

*Merchandise over $600.00: Shipping cost of $100.00 will be charged by the web site, but we will contact you if a different price will apply.

Delivery Schedule:  We will ship your order within 5 business days.

Back Orders:  If your item is not in stock, it will be back ordered.  We ship back orders when the merchandise becomes available, unless we have instructions from you to cancel the back order.

Tax Charges:  As an Internet retailer, we charge sales tax to residents of Connecticut at the rate of 6.35%.

Credit Card Security:  When you place an order on our website all of your order information, including credit card number and address, is transmitted from your browser to our secure payment server using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, an industry standard designed to prevent someone other than our web site operators from capturing and viewing your personal information.  While we use industry standards to protect our website and your information, the Internet is not 100% secure.  We encourage you to use caution when using the Internet.

Product Pricing:  All merchandise sold at Pamela Winterfield Gifts is priced in US  Dollars (USD).  We do not accept personal checks, money orders or ship COD.

Inaccuracy Disclaimer:  Should there be  typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, and availability on our website, we reserve the right to correct this information without prior notice (including after an order is submitted).

Product Image:  In a few instances on the product web pages we are not displaying the exact image of the product but rather a similar product to illustrate the pattern.  

Guarantee:  We guarantee the quality of our products.  Please contact our customer service department with any problems, concerning your shipment.

Returns Policy:  Pamela Winterfield Gifts guarantees your personal satisfaction on all purchases made through our website.  You may return any item within 15 days of receipt for a full refund of the net cost of the item, excluding shipping and handling charges.  Shipping and handling charges can only be refunded if the return is due to our error.  All returns must be pre-approved by email.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange.  You will be responsible for return shipping costs with insurance added.  We can only honor the return if the merchandise being returned is in re-saleable condition when it arrives in our warehouse.

China Color Variations:  Over the years, the china bodies have changed slightly, and colors of the dinnerware and glassware decals may not  be absolutely identical to earlier years.  Please be aware of this if you are trying to match items to a collection from previous years.
